Cathy creates a safe and confidential environment where you can freely express your thoughts, emotions, and concerns without fear of judgment.

My pronouns are she/her. My passions include working with adolescents, the LGBTQIA+ community, and recovery from religious trauma. I also enjoy working with neurodivergent people and I am neurodivergent myself. I am neurodivergent affirming, which means I believe that your unique makeup is not a problem to be fixed. Instead I work on helping clients understand themselves and work around challenges that they may experience because of their neurodivergence.

I have worked as a marriage and family therapist for around 14 years. I have worked in a variety of settings, including with a youth services agency, as well as Tulsa County Drug Court participants. I also have experience working with trans individuals, late diagnosed autistic individuals, ADHD, AuDHD, other LGBTQ+ individuals, and helping partners and parents of the above listed individuals. I am currently not doing couples counseling.

I am currently accepting new clients. I currently accept BCBS, Aetna, Healthcare Highways, and HealthChoice. I currently work with clients ages 10+. Telehealth and in-person individual sessions are available.

Discover healing and growth through compassionate therapy. Together, we can navigate challenges, build resilience, and foster positive change. Whether you're seeking support for mental health, relationships, self-esteem, or personal growth, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore, heal, and thrive. Let's embark on this transformative journey together.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband and children, playing board games and volunteering with Free Mom Hugs.
